Health to Hand - Together, lets make healthcare better

healthtohand newsletterapril 2009

Welcome to our April newsletter! We are so pleased that the new look for the publication has been so well received by you all. Thank you for all of your positive feedback!

Well, we’ve turned our backs on dark mornings and evenings and are all enjoying the benefits of longer days. With the weather warming up, it’s put a bit of a much needed spring in our step.

This month’s newsletter is packed full of interesting, healthy information and we’re proud to be associated with Infertility Network UK, who have contributed with a fantastic article all about infertility, an issue facing millions of people every day. We’ve also provided some topical articles about IBS as so many of you have asked for this to be covered. Also included is a really useful guide to Sun Care, to get you ready for the warmer season.

For April’s ‘Smoothie of the Month’, we’re focusing on alleviating allergy symptoms and with the better weather coming, we’re concentrating on the upper arms for ‘Body Zone of the Month’ to prepare you for looking better without sleeves!

Thank you for telling us your views and please keep letting us know which topics you’d like to see included in the future.

Best wishes, the team at Health to Hand
