healthtohand newsletter june 2009
Welcome to our June newsletter! Well we’re now getting into the full swing of warmer weather with some scorchers seen over the last few weeks, getting everyone out enjoying the sunshine and leading healthier lives.
This month we’ve lead with an article from Endometriosis UK and with June being National Osteoporosis Month, we have a piece all about this debilitating disease. As so many of you got in touch over our April IBS coverage, digestive health is clearly an area that affects many people so have a read of our very extensive, ‘All about your digestion’, feature.
June’s ‘Smoothie of the Month’ sees the second in our series of weight busters for the summer months, The Craving Reductor, designed to hold back those yearning sugar pangs. ‘Body Zone of the Month’ has a close look into the lower legs and details some great exercise plans to tackle this area for both men and women.
Thanks to all for your continued support of our work!
Best wishes, the team at Health to Hand
