Health to Hand - Together, lets make healthcare better

healthtohand newslettermarch 2009

Welcome to Health to Hand's March newsletter! We've been taking some time out to bring you an improved design and layout for your monthly publication, which we hope you’ll like and find much easier to navigate.

The beginning of March sees us firmly in the midst of a recession and all of the stresses and strains that come with it. Have a look at our top tips for stress management to help you cope better.

With the onset of spring and the clocks going forward on the 29th, there’s more to look forward to as we hopefully leave the dark days of winter behind and can spend a little more time outdoors! For those of you with children we’ve got childhood obesity covered, an ever increasing concern for the nation and due to your requests, we’re featuring Dry Skin too.

We hope that you’ll enjoy trying out our regulars ‘Smoothie of the Month’ and ‘Body Zone of the Month’. For March, we’re focusing on boosting your energy levels through prescriptive fruit and getting your thighs in better shape.

Don’t forget to tell us your views and let us know which topics you’d like to see included in the future.

Best wishes, the team at Health to Hand.
