Health to Hand - Together, lets make healthcare better

healthtohand newslettermay 2009

Welcome to our May newsletter! Hopefully you’re all feeling a little more rested with a few of the much needed longer weekends that the Easter and May Bank Holidays have allowed us!

As usual we’ve got an issue full of interesting health information, with contributions from leading health charity Anxiety UK and a great article from Alpro Soya on the menopause. Due to quite a few of your queries on caffeine consumption, there’s also a fantastic piece setting the facts straight and providing you with guidance.

For May’s ‘Body Zone of the Month’, we’re looking at the physiology of the Gluteus Maximus... aka the bottom or buttocks and ways to get yours in better shape. We’ve also started a new series of smoothie recipes to help with weight loss as the summer months approach in our ‘Smoothie of the Month’.

Keep your messages coming so that we can continue to source the topics you want to read about most!

Best wishes, the team at Health to Hand
